All orders require two day handling and are shipped free of charge via standard ground shipping unless expedited shipping options are chosen during checkout.

Refunds:
All Intuit/QuickBooks software products have an unconditional 60-day money back satisfaction guarantee.  Refund availablity on hardware items varies by manufacturer and Off the Shelf Systems will allow returns based on manufacturer conditions.  Purchaser is responsible for any shipping charges on return items. All product warranties are provided by and are the express responsibility of the product manufacturer and are not provided by Off the Shelf Systems. Purchaser is responsible for determining proper fit, use and suitability for intended use.
